Over the years Neil's reputation as one of Irelands top physio's has grown. News of his success in the treatment headaches, sacro-iliac joint problems, TMJ, sciatica and back and neck pain has spread through the length and breath of the country. Patients travel from many parts of Ireland to the West End Clinic for treatment.
As well as running a very busy clinic Neil is also Principal and lecturer to Saint Martin's College of Physical Therapy in Cork.
The Therapists
Neil Sheehan is a Registered and Chartered Physiotherapist with over 16 years experience in his profession.
Through the continuous updating of his techniques, Neil has developed a highly effective approach to pain relief.
Eleanor Lucey is a qualified Physical Therapist and Sports Injury Therapist. Eleanor is registered with the Register of Physical Therapists of Ireland.
She Joined the West End Clinic in September '07 and has proved herself to be a very competent and effective therapist.
Eleanor also has a Bsc degree in Recreation and Leisure Management. She is a fitness instructor and Eleanor is the masseuse to the Cork Senior Ladies Football team.
Neil has been involved in sports coaching for the past 26 years and trained many successful athletes in a variety of sports, including cross-country running and gymnastics.
Shane Mooney is a qualified Physical Therapist and Sports Therapist. Shane is registered with the Register of Physical Therapists of Ireland.
He joined the staff of the West End Clinic in 2010 and has proved to be a great asset to the Clinic.
Shane is also qualified in Manipulations of the lumbar spine and sacrum.
Shane was a member of the Irish basketball squad and played hurling and football with Ballymartle GAA Club.
